At PDX Zone, our mission is to keep the homes, offices, and industrial properties we serve clean, safe, and running the way they should. That means everything from routine cleaning to electrical and plumbing repairs, alarm and video system installs, and the general maintenance work that keeps a property in good shape day to day. Our Story
PDX Zone started with a straightforward idea: property owners shouldn't need a different contractor for every type of maintenance issue that comes up. We built our services around that — one team you can call for cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep, instead of juggling a list of specialists for every small job.

What we do today
We now serve three types of properties — homes, offices, and industrial sites — each with services tailored to what that kind of property actually needs. For homes, that's cleaning and general upkeep. For offices, it's scheduled cleaning plus the repairs that keep a workspace running. For industrial properties, it's larger-scale cleaning and maintenance sized to the job.
Beyond cleaning, our team also handles electrical and plumbing repairs, alarm and video surveillance system installs, and the general maintenance work that doesn't always have an obvious "who do I call for this" answer. Our goal is to be that one call.
